After years away from in-person teaching, Dr. Eric Pearl and Jillian Fleer returned. Not to give a seminar. To gather, reconnect, and go deeper than anything that came before, alongside Cecilia Samms, who has carried this work closely in Southern California for years.
It was a reunion. For many, it was also a first encounter.
Two complete, stand-alone programs were offered across the week: the Reconnective Healing® Training & Retreat and The Reconnection® (RCPP).
No prior experience was required, and nothing to memorize or perform.

One Frequency, Two Distinct Experiences
Across the week, participants moved through both expressions of this work — the open, receptive experience of Reconnective Healing®, and the precise, once-in-a-lifetime formation of The Reconnection®.
Energy, Light & Information®
Reconnective Healing® is a groundbreaking approach to healing and personal evolution through interaction with Energy, Light & Information®. Discovered by Dr. Eric Pearl in 1993, it involves no touch, no tools, and no techniques — only awareness and presence.
Unlike energy healing methods, it is not something you “practice”; it is something you experience. It asks for no belief and no mental focus. During a session, the practitioner engages with the Frequencies while the recipient relaxes and receives — often sensing warmth, tingling, or deep stillness. And then, suddenly, much, much more. Scientific research has documented measurable changes in energy, nervous system function, mobility, and overall coherence — without intervention, technique, or manipulation — suggesting possibilities not yet fully understood.
A Precise, Once-in-a-Lifetime Formation
The Reconnection® uses the same frequencies as Reconnective Healing®, but it is highly precise and differs in its application. It is a focused formation — reconnecting the gridwork of your body to the ley lines of our planet, and reconnecting those grids to the universal grid across all dimensions of time and space.
It is an ongoing process that continues to unfold as you make new choices on your life path, moving into your Life Progress. It is facilitated in two parts across two days — once in a lifetime. Many who have experienced their Reconnection simply say: "Life is… easier."

Dr. Eric Pearl
Dr. Eric Pearl is the originator of Reconnective Healing®. In August of 1993, while practicing chiropractic in Los Angeles, he began witnessing remarkable healings in patients from conditions he had not treated or even known about — experiences that challenged conventional assumptions and launched a global conversation about the nature of healing.
What followed has become an international phenomenon. Today, Reconnective Healing® is practiced worldwide and has been the focus of scientific research across six continents. Dr. Pearl’s bestselling book, The Reconnection: Heal Others, Heal Yourself, has been translated into more than 39 languages, and his work has been featured by CNN, The New York Times, The Dr. Oz Show, Oprah Radio, and media outlets around the globe. He is coauthor of two additional books, Solomon Speaks On Reconnecting Your Life with Frederick Ponzlov and The Direct Path To Healing with his life partner Jillian Fleer.

Jillian Fleer has been an integral force and heartful steward in the evolution and global teaching of Reconnective Healing® alongside Dr. Pearl for 15 years. Combining wisdom, warmth, remarkable clarity, and exceptional ability to make the profound accessible, she has a gift for helping people recognize what has always been present yet often overlooked.
Her presence brings depth, coherence, and authenticity to the learning environment, creating a space where insight naturally unfolds and understanding becomes experience.

Cecilia Samms
Cecilia Samms is an International Instructor of Reconnective Healing®, The Reconnection®, and the Reconnective Kids!™ Program, with over 30 years of experience in the healing field. A former Reiki Master Teacher, her life changed after discovering Dr. Eric Pearl's book, The Reconnection.
For over 20 years with Reconnective Healing®, she has been dedicated to helping people and children connect to the healing intelligence of the universe. Cecilia leads Reconnective Healing® Training Programs worldwide and co-hosts live gatherings with Dr. Eric Pearl and Jillian Fleer.
It is deeply meaningful — and genuinely full-circle — that Eric and Jillian returned to teach within a space held by someone who has lived this work so closely.

Participation in the retreat does not require pursuing professional recognition. The choice to continue — or not — remains entirely yours.

Your Certificate of Attendance recognizes that you can begin facilitating with the Reconnective Healing® Frequencies. For those who choose to offer this work professionally — listed as a certified facilitator and eligible for referrals from the organization — completing the Reconnective Healing® Training Retreat and The Reconnection® (RCPP) is the recognized Professional Practitioner track.

Oceanside sits where the Pacific begins — a coastal city known for its 1,942-foot pier, its working harbor, and a quality of light that Southern California carries unlike anywhere else. The Mission San Luis Rey de Francia, the California Surf Museum, and wide open beaches speak to a place that has always drawn those who come to pay attention.
Accessible from San Diego (35 miles), Los Angeles (85 miles), and Orange County (50 miles).
We chose Oceanside with intention. The community is here, and this coastline — open and quietly present — invites the kind of receptive attention this work asks of you.

The programs were held at the Courtyard by Marriott San Diego Oceanside, located at 3501 Seagate Way, Oceanside, CA 92056 — a modern, full-service hotel within reach of the beach, the pier, and the harbor.
An outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, The Bistro restaurant, three event spaces with full AV, and free self-parking created an environment that supported the kind of focused presence this work asks of you. Participants stayed on-site at the host hotel.
Lunch was included each day of each program.
This was the moment many in this community had been waiting for.
