A Message From Dr. Eric
It began with One
A letter from Dr. Eric Pearl.
Dear Friend,
Thirty-three years ago, one Thursday in August of 1993, something miraculous, something undeniable, and something very, very real began to move through my chiropractic practice. One room. One pair of hands. One instruction I had not asked for and could not argue my way out of: allow more.
For a chiropractor trained to put his hands on a problem and correct it, “allow more” was not the instruction I was hoping for.
And since then, across cultures, across languages, and countless lives, the One has not changed. It is still one person, arriving, allowing more. That remains the whole of it. Healing is your natural state. It’s not a technique we learn. It’s not a ritual we perform. It’s a relationship that we remember.
You are the reason Reconnective Healing® continues expanding, opening new horizons. I remember when it was year one, and year two, and year three. Thirty-three years on, it is still one person at a time, and I am grateful that you are one of them. So for year 33, Jillian and I wanted to keep our thank-you as simple as the work itself. Three words, no explanation
Receive, don’t send
Not long after the healings began, Dr. Eric heard three words he had not asked for. He argued with them. Then he tested them, and found that when he tried to direct the energy it stopped working. At the University of Arizona, researchers measured gamma radiation while the frequencies were present. In an enclosed space the level normally rises. It fell. Something was being received rather than given off.
The very thought or attempt to send instills a concept of distance, a false sense of separation.

Measured in the room
The room registers it too
Dr. William Tiller, Professor Emeritus at Stanford, measured the space where the interaction was taking place. He found excess thermodynamic free energy appearing out of nowhere, an increment of 500 degrees Fahrenheit, about 300 Celsius. The room itself stayed at a comfortable 72. That gap is the finding. Whatever arrives is not heat. People in the room feel the frequencies, and that was never in question. What Tiller measured is that the room registers them as well.
His own description: as if a door or portal had been opened to an unseen plane.
