Guglielmo Poli is the Founder and Director of Reconnective Academy International, the official academy for Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection®, approved by Dr. Eric Pearl. He serves as the global Event Organizer for all in-person Reconnective Healing® Training Programs, The Reconnection® Training Programs, and the Reconnective Healing® Mentor Training Program. Guglielmo is also an International Instructor and full-time Practitioner. Alongside Dr. Eric Pearl and Jillian Fleer, he has taught countless training programs across the globe, helping thousands of individuals access and interact with the Reconnective Healing Frequencies to recognize their inherent wholeness and transformation.

Personal Philosophy of Life

With a background in Legal and Psychological studies and a Master’s in Human Resources Management, Guglielmo has pursued a wide variety of trainings—always seeking their core essence. This broad foundation earned him the honor of writing the Preface for the new Italian edition of the Bhagavad-Gita. Drawing from this knowledge, he has shaped a personal philosophy of life that is accessible to all and focused on enhancing well-being, awareness, and inner coherence.

As Director of Reconnective Academy International, Guglielmo leads a global network of over 120,000 practitioners and travels worldwide to teach Reconnective Healing® and The Reconnection®. He is also responsible for preparing and mentoring new International Instructors who continue the work of Dr. Eric Pearl by sharing the truth, simplicity, and transformative power of these teachings.

Now living in Switzerland, Guglielmo continues to travel the world, expanding global awareness of Reconnective Healing®.
